US Navy Admired Yoga on Twitter

The US Navy expounded on the advantages of yoga while sharing an image.

Yoga has gone worldwide as of late, and the US Navy is by all accounts the most recent in the long queue grasping the old Indian practice. On Friday, the US Navy, tweeting from their official record, shared a photograph that seems to show mariners playing out a yoga asana (physical stances) onboard a ship.

The US Navy expounded on the advantages of yoga while sharing the image, which shows a gathering of seven individuals following a yoga teacher, with the ocean loosening up out of sight.

"Did you realize that #Yoga is one of the numerous ways that Sailors can get their brain and body directly adrift to remain Navy fit?" the US Navy tweeted.
